Dear USIC Member:

Below is a 2011 dues statement for the annual membership in the International Tennis Club of the United States of America (aka USIC or the IC). It was due by April 1, 2011. If you believe that you may have prepaid your dues, contact Tim Yowpa at 301-229-5401. If you have not yet paid your 2011 dues, you may make your dues payment and donations by credit card by calling 301-229-5401 or by printing and mailing in the below form with your check to the address shown below. The IC is qualified as a 501(c)(3) charity, and all dues as well as other donations are tax deductible.

The annual dues for the calendar year are currently $125 for those who are over 35, and $60 for those who are 35 and under. In the past, most members have made additional annual donations of $50 or more. To pay for our new and improved membership directory, we suggest that you add $75 this year, rather than $50.

You will also see a line this year for a donation to the Gene Scott Scholarship Fund. We hope you will also consider participating in this important initiative of the USIC.

We look forward to seeing many of you on the court and welcome your ideas for other activities and events.

For purposes of dues payments, a person will be considered age 35 if he or she will attain that age at any time during the calendar year. Honorary Members and winners of the Johnston or Danzig Award are not required to make any annual payment; however, voluntary contributions would be greatly appreciated. The USIC is a 501 (c) (3) tax exempt organization as determined by the IRS.
