Presidents' Cup 2010
	Date: May 30 - Jun 2 Location: Paris, France	The dates were chosen to overlap with the French Open. The location is the Racing Club de France - la Boulie, just outside of Versailles. The event is open to men and women of any age. All USIC members are welcome. Given the enthusiastic response from USIC members, we may struggle to get courts and matches for everyone, so the sooner we have a definite list the better. Please be aware of the costs listed below and please follow the below instructions as soon as possible so we know who is definitely coming. As of now, the French IC has secured six (6) courts at the Racing Club for participants to practice and play matches. If you are interested in playing, please mail a check for $100 EACH of you and any accompanying person payable to Presidents' Cup - USIC no later than Feb. 20 to Michael Beautyman 1201 Bethlehem Pike Flourtown, PA 19031-1902 Participants must include with their entry checks a summary of their tennis history, recent and ancient, for inclusion in a program that will be distributed to all attendees. Team Expenses
Please be advised that there may be additional fees for accompanying persons. The cost of the cocktail party and dinner for accompanying persons will be 35 and 50 euros, respectively. Hotel des Deux Continents has agreed to host the participating members. The hotel is located at: Saint-Germain-des-Pres 25 Rue Jacob, 75006 Paris, France Phone: 01 43 26 72 46 E-mail: continents.hotel@wanadoo.fr Rates are: - 165 euros per night/per room: double/king bed served by elevator. - 155 euros per night/per room: double on the 2nd or 3rd floor without elevator. - Transportation from airport to hotel: 20 euros/person (for a minimum of 2), 28 euros for a single person. - Transportation from hotel to Airport: 17 euros/person (for a minimum of 2), 25 euros for a single person. [For any request, inform us about your flight details and the number of occupant] There will be a bus provided between the hotel and the Racing Club on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday. A cold buffet at Racing La Boulie will cost about 25 euros each day. The French IC will try to purchase ground tickets (15 euros / day) for Sunday and Wednesday as well as center court or Suzanne Lenglen tickets (60 to 80 euros depending on day and location) to sell them to USIC members who want them. Tickets need to be bought ASAP so please confirm your attendance.
